Sergei Vitaljevitch Pokrovsky was born in 1961. He graduated from the Physics and Math Department of Petrozaovdsk State University, completed finance management and strategic planning training courses.
Sergei Pokrovsky worked as an engineer for Pulp Machinery Research Institute, as a electronic engineer for Petrozavodsk Pulp Machinery Building Plant, as a commercial manager for Russian-German Comapny “Microstep”.
Now, Sergei Pokrovsky is the Director General of Notice Company starting from the foundation of the Company.
